HTAA Healthy Trucking Summit
Originally founded as the Independent Contractor Owner Operator Association in 1997, the Healthy Trucking Association of America changed its name and objectives when they realized the unhealthy and dangerous state plaguing the trucking industry. Since that time, HTAA has devoted its time and resources to helping drivers and owners maintain healthy lifestyles for longer lives.
In February of 2009, HTAA hosted its first summit in Atlanta, GA addressing the serious concerns associated with health and the trucking industry. Each year the HTAA assembles industry leaders and expert health professionals to provide the most up-to-date information and techniques for promoting health and wellness in the trucking business.
