Ms Pfiffner serves as VP Strategic Enterprise Solutions . Prior to joining FusionHealth, she was the Founder and President of J&K Health Consulting providing health and wellness programs to transportation companies resulting in positive return on investment within 24 months of implementing.

Chell Pfiffner has 19 years experience in Occupational Health and implementing Health and Wellness programs in Fortune 100 companies designed around achieving improved employee health and productivity. Her programs were supported and proven with stringent qualitative and quantitative analyses, data collections and outcome reporting to quantify the resulting return on investment.

Prior to establishing J&K Health Consulting, she provided market-leading consulting on health and productivity at HPN WorldWide, Inc. and Mercer Human Resource Consulting. At Mercer, she was the leader of the Chicago Specialty Practice Group and a member of the National Health and Productivity Management Practice.

Chelle provided strategic direction and planning of comprehensive employee health management programs at BP and Navistar Corporation. During Pfiffner’s tenure at Navistar, the company was recognized as one of two benchmark companies for “Total Health and Productivity Model” by World Health Organization, received “Health And Productivity Excellence Award” from Institute for Health & Productivity Management, and was designated by Wellness Councils of America as one of “America’s Healthiest Companies” for four consecutive years. The award-winning program achieved a net savings of $4.7M per year, while reducing absenteeism 40% over a four-year period. She led the Trucking Across North America program achieving 326% increase in annual participation.

Pfiffner holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master’s of Science degree from Indiana University. She is a published author and international speaker for the National Academy of Sports Medicine. She has served on the Board of Directors of the American Cancer Society and was an active member of the Health and Productivity Questionnaire-Select project for Integrated Benefits Institute and Harvard Medical School. Currently Pfiffner is a consulting member of the American Health Strategy project sponsored by National Business Coalition on Health.
