Greg Fletcher has more than 20 years of executive financial leadership experience in the software and professional services, wireless networking, medical devices, manufacturing and real estate industries. He specializes in the establishment of financial controls, processes and organization for start-ups, and turnaround and restructurings for more established entities.
He has led all financial, human resources, facilities, legal, risk management and regulatory compliance functions at both private and public companies. His depth of experience includes acquisitions, dispositions, raising capital, rescuing troubled financial departments and developing financial organizations from the ground up. CFO, I.B.I.S., Inc., – I.B.I.S. is a leading Microsoft Dynamics partner that also developed its own intellectual property and provided post sale implementation, customization and maintenance services. Greg managed the process to split the company and complete the sale of both segments, the last being an equity sale to Sonata Software, a publicly traded Indian company.
CFO, TeraHop Networks, Inc. – TeraHop is a movable wireless networking company. Greg established the financial organization and was a part of the team that brought the commercially available networking product to market. He led efforts to sell the company’s intellectual property to Google.
Senior level financial management positions with Theragenics Corporation, Clarus Corporation and Roberts Realty Investors, Inc.
Greg is a Certified Public Accountant, licensed in Georgia, and a Chartered Global Management Account as certified by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He obtained a BS in Accounting from the University of South Alabama and an MBA from the University of West Florida.
