John Letter serves as President and Chief Operating Officer of FusionHealth. John has 24 years of executive leadership experience in general management and sales operations, including managing customer teams and operating units within the Coca-Cola system. He has built a reputation for creating strategic alliances with organization and customer leaders to effectively align with and support key business initiatives. He provides FusionHealth expertise in building operating units, sales processes, brand development, people development and market expansion.
Prior to joining FusionHealth, John held the position of Regional Vice President of Sales for the Southeast Region of Coca-Cola Refreshments, where he oversaw the development and execution of market growth and expansion for the regional account base focused within the under $4M ACV channels. During his time as the VP of Sales for the Southeast, John and his team saw year over year growth against key business metrics including sales volume and gross profit expansion. John had overall responsibility for five direct reports and a team of 19 account executives.
John also held the position of Vice President of the Virginia Market Unit prior to his assignment in the southeast. In this role, John and his team of eleven direct reports and over 1,000 associates had full Profit and Loss responsibility for all sales, operations, finance and human resources. In four years, the Virginia Market Unit grew volume, market share, profitability and bottom line EBITDA (earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization) at or above annual business plans.
John received his Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from Lynn University, where he was a collegiate baseball player for four years.
